I hadn't ridden for around 20 years but had missed horse riding greatly as it was a passion of my younger self. The 5 hour ride was great as it gives you time to get into the groove or riding and build your confidence back up. By the end of the ride we were trotting And cantering. Slickers staff were wonderful and gave each of us riders the time to choose when we felt confident to go at faster pace. It was such a great day out, wonderful views and scenery and lunch at Oceanview winery was delicious. I would do this again in a heartbeat.

A wonderful and unique experience. Lots of physical activity surrounded by a peaceful and colourful environment. The camp meals were amazing and very healthy. I thoroughly enjoyed the trip and getting to meet more amazing Adventurous Women!

Gheerulla Falls is a hike that I have been wanting to do for a while now. The AW Leaders, Caron & Kat are very experienced hikers and have a knack for making everyone feel comfortable from the outset. The track followed a creek for a lot of the way and the falls were actually falling. There is a very large swimming hole at the bottom of the falls but it was a cool day, so no one went for a swim. Thanks AW. All in all an exceptional day.

A great walk on a beautiful day with some really lovely ladies. Being in the middle of Sydney, this walk was easy to access and provided some stunning riverside scenery. Deb was a great guide who pointed out some interesting historical points along the way.

I truely enjoyed the AW hike - Fernvale to Lowood return. Kat, our guide, was fantastic. She could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I greatly appreciate being able to meet fellow hikers and be introduced to new trails.

We had so much fun together on this challenging walk! Sue O was such a great guide supporting us all the way and sharing interesting information and lots of helpful advice on walking and camping.The bush was so beautiful and while we exerted ourselves to the max..we felt so great afterwards. This new hut on the Bib Track is fantastic!

Awesome overnighter with Jaz & the AW ladies! Jaz worked so hard to make sure we were all catered for. The visit to Barna Mia was amazing, loved seeing the Nocturnal animals especially the Bilby!

What a great weekend - such a lovely friendly group of ladies. And Jazzy our guide was wonderful as usual. But what did I like the most? It was that I learnt stuff. I had never heard of Dryandra before, I hadn’t heard of half the animals we saw, and I saw a Bilby for the first time ever (I just thought they were an Easter chocolate).
Lastly the food was fantastic, as it always is. Thanks everyone.

A fabulous getaway with a great crew of women. The history of the early pioneers coupled with some lovely walks and fantastic accommodation/food made this inaugural Heritage Walk really enjoyable. The storytelling made time in the pioneer cemetery and old church yard feel like you were seeing old family members. So glad I got to learn about Georgiana Molloy....she deserves a school being named after her.

Sue O and Leonie did a fantastic job responding to the incident, they remained calm, reassuring Phillipa and managed the situation as best as possible. Very reassuring know that if anyone was to find themselves in trouble that you are safe and supported should anything happen. And as always the baking is top notch. Thanks Brad.

Although we didn't finish our walk it was a comfort to be able to witness how our leaders handled an accident situation. It just confirms that all of us ladies ARE in safe hands when we are out on our adventurous hikes.

Sue and Leonie were so professional, calm and organised the whole day - but so evident immediately and for the 2 hours following the incident. I applaud them both for their actions and care of Phillippa. It was a team effort but they were making the decisions. Especially the decision to take the option for us to catch a ride in "you know what" rather than walking the final 8km. At the time I thought it unnecessary but once we arrived back, it was definitely the right decision. I hope Sue and Leonie are okay too. It was a difficult few hours for them both.

Another great day out with Adventurous Woman. The scenery was beautiful and worth the steep climb up and down the hills. The guides, Sue O and Leonie were great, so knowledgeable about the route and supportive thank you both for a full day of great walking memories, fun and lots of laughs.

The half day went very quickly - very well organised - great yoga class suitable for all levels, bush walk excellent and the afternoon tea was a highlight. I loved the sound meditation such a unique experience and very relaxing
