Our point of departure for the trip will be from outside the Chifley Hotel 208 South Terrace at 6.45am. The early 6.45am start is necessary in order for us to make a 9.00 am ferry crossing from Cape Jervis over to Penneshaw on Kangaroo Island. As such, we would ask you to be ready by 6.30am for a 6.45am departure.
This tour by it's very nature is not designed for the 5 Star Traveller. It is for the girl who has an 'adventurous spirit' and is looking for a unique and rewarding 'experience' (Once in a Lifetime)!
You need to be able to adopt a "Go With The Flow" attitude if things don't always go to plan...this will help you relax, appreciate the experience and therefore get the best out of your holiday.
You will also need to be mobile without assistance and a have a reasonable level of fitness - some of the walks require moderate distances over uneven surfaces at times.
