Join AW host Tara for a stroll through history in one of the bay’s best preserved historical villages.
We will start our walk at GJ Walter Park where Governor Gipps waded through the mud to the shore in 1842.
From here, we will follow the trial through some of the streets of Cleveland taking in some of the quaint 19th century buildings as we walk towards Cleveland Point and the Old Cleveland
Lighthouse.
You are welcome to join us for some lunch at Queensland’s Oldest Licensed Pub after our walk.
# The grading of this walk is based on the distance being over 10kms. No bush walking experience needed.
##Parts of this walk can be quite exposed so please ensure you wear sunscreen and appropriate sun protective clothing.
