Check in from 2.00pm - Your Adventurous Women hosts will be there to greet you.
2.00pm – 4.30pm - Settle in to your accommodation, take a stroll around the grounds and enjoy some afternoon tea provided by your hosts.
4.30pm – 6.00pm Introductions to your hosts and fellow retreat participants followed by gentle Yoga & Meditation in our Yoga Space – Byo yoga mat
6.30/7.00pm – Woodfired Pizza (dietary requirements are catered for) at the onsite restaurant, then some free time to socialise back at the hosts accommodation, read a book or have an early night.
Meals: Afternoon Tea, Dinner
8.00am – 9.00am Morning yoga and meditation in our Yoga Space.
10.30am – Guided walk (part of which will be a silent meditation walk)
As we immerse ourselves in nature, we walk with intention in a relaxed and mindful way taking in the surroundings through our senses, soothed by the fragrances and sounds of nature, rejuvenating and restorative and free from the digital world and modern day stresses.
12.30pm – 1.30pm Lunch & freshly prepared juices will be served by your hosts
Afternoon at leisure to explore the grounds, paddle a kayak on the lake (kayaks supplied), take a look at the on-site gallery showcasing the work of local artists and artisans – including local artwork, hand crafted wood work, homemade soy candles and soaps, and hand illustrated cards and bookmarks of local birdlife. Or take a nap, read a book, do some craft or chill out and chat with a friend.
4.00pm – 5.30pm Yoga & Meditation in our Yoga Space
6.00pm - Social time at your hosts accommodation where pre-dinner nibbles will be served, or take quiet time for yourself to rest & reflect.
7.00pm - Two-Course Dinner will be served, then there's time to relax in our Yoga Space, watch a mindfulness documentary, socialise with others, retire to your own space and read a book, or have an early night.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
8.30am to 9.30am – Morning yoga with Chiball & meditation in our Yoga Space.
Morning free to take a walk on the grounds, paddle a kayak, visit the onsite gallery.
12.30pm -1.30pm Join together in our Yoga Space for a Meditation Tools Workshop - explore some meditation tools such as mala beads, hand mudras, candle gazing, guided visualisations to use in your every day life to counter stress and anxiety and help with insomnia.
1.30pm – 2.30pm Lunch making station will be made available in the hosts apartment
Lunch is followed by a Silent Walking Meditation within the retreat grounds
3.00pm - Namaste farewell circle in our Yoga Space
4.00pm - Check out and self drive home to Perth refreshed and invigorated.

We have purposely developed this particular 'yoga escape' program to fit the Adventurous Women style of doing things. It's not a retreat and it’s a little different, in that we don’t stick to a particular philosophy or yoga practice, our food is not vegan (happy to cater for vegetarians though) and complete silence is not our strength. We appreciate that there are plenty of excellent companies who already provide complete Yoga Retreats and we’d be more than happy to recommend them, if our style doesn’t suit your needs.
For those who have been on our Yoga Retreats before, we've changed things up as you will see by the itinerary, however same hosts (Sue & Bettina), just a new adventure...different venue and meal style, so please know that when booking. The apartments are on a property that caters for other guests, so we do not have exclusive use, however the Yoga Space and Apartments are all ours. The grounds and the restaurant are shared with other guests.
Beginners Welcome, You don’t need to be flexible or fit … all bodies can do yoga!
Alcohol is not provided, however you are more than welcome to bring your own if you enjoy a tipple and there's opportunity to purchase when dining at the onsite restaurant.

As of the 19th September 2019 Unfortunately PayPal have changed their policy to now retain fees even when we issue a refund. Due to this change both partial and full refunds will now be less the full fee charged by PayPal at the time of booking
No refund is available after departure of a tour has commenced.
