Join Chris on this relaxed and easy 8.5km walk around the picturesque Lake Samsonvale walking trail spotting parrots, honey eaters and if you're lucky a few koalas along the way to Bullocky Rest.
The trail is well sign posted but doesn't have a lot of shade so please ensure you have your hat and ideally a long sleeve shirt to cover up.
Meet Chris at the new Forgan Cove watercraft launch area at 8am
Parking is available at the Lake Samsonvale northern trail starting point at the Bullocky Rest carpark, or Forgan Park carpark (located about 400 metres from Bullocky Rest).
Please note: Social distancing measures will be enforced (1.5m distancing) and we would ask you to bring along some hand sanitiser and use it prior to beginning the walk to help further reduce any risk.
