Suitable for beginners with good mobility and a fair level of fitness that would like to experience a mix of terrain including some 'off road' walking.
After we leave our starting point we will head along tracks next to the Sturt River to Flagstaff Hill. There are some uneven sections along the river trail and a few inclines but nothing overly hard that you won't be able to handle.
Things can be a bit muddy after rain so if there have been showers in the days preceding it's a good idea to wear shoes that can get dirty.
