Op shops, thrift stores, whatever you want to call them, they equal a lot of fun!

This is a day out for the adventurous women where you won't be walking up a mountain or paddling a lake. It's a social day where you can scour the op-shops for some pre-loved treasures among a bunch of good-humoured bargain hunters.

Leaving Perth at 8am, we drive up to Bindoon for our first op-shop and spend some time ferreting through the goodies. Then to fuel us up for the next round of rummaging and sorting, we stop off at the popular Bindoon Bakehaus & Cafe where the coffee is allegedly pretty decent.

20 minutes in the bus and we arrive into Gingin. We have the opportunity to stretch the legs on a small historical walking tour and then visit the Treasure Trove Op Shop. Yes, it's actually called that, so just imagine the treasures contained within.

Our last stop for the day is Toodyay where we settle into the pub for lunch and then take a slow peruse of the pretty street that contains an op-shop, a crystal vendor and a Coca Cola Museum. Assuming that we can all fit back in the bus with our loot, we make our way back to Perth and can expect to be stuffing our goodies into the car boot at about 5:30pm.

This tour by it's very nature is not designed for the 5 Star Traveller. It is for the girl who has an 'adventurous spirit' and is looking for a unique and rewarding 'experience' (Once in a Lifetime)! You should be able to adopt a "Go With The Flow" attitude, after-all we are in a foreign country and things don't always go to plan...this will help you chill out and therefore get the best out of your holiday.

You will also need to be mobile without assistance - some of the sights require you to be on your feet, navigating steps and uneven surfaces at times. We also have a couple of walks as part of this tour - these walks can be achieved by anyone with a general level of fitness, but again mobility is the key, as with all of our tours.
