Get ready to embark on an unforgettable adventure along the Adelaide100® trail, a remarkable 100km circuit walk that showcases the stunning coastline, CBD, suburbs, and Adelaide Hills.
To make the journey more manageable and enjoyable, the trail is divided into 7 easily completed sections. We will be tackling these sections one by one, starting with section 7 and continuing over the ensuing months till we have finished all sections. This will allow some flexibility for the remaining incomplete sections to be finished.
On this walk, begin your end-to-end journey by immersing yourself in breathtaking beach views and refreshing ocean air. Join us as we hike along the Coast Park Path, starting from Seacliff and ending at Henley Beach. Along this scenic route, we’ll pass by notable landmarks such as Brighton Jetty, the captivating Imprints of Time Pebbles, Jimmy Melrose Park, Glenelg Jetty, Patawalonga foreshore and beautiful West Beach.
During our hike, we’ll take a break to enjoy a cuppa and indulge in a sweet treat. Additionally, Leonie will provide you with some valuable phone photography hints and tips to make the most of your day.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the difficult parking around Kingston Park & Seacliff we recommend parking near the Henley Sailing Club which is close to our finish location. Our host will meet you there around 7.30 and we will then share an Uber or taxi to our starting point. Uber costs are approximately $20-25 per vehicle (not included).
Toilets are available at Seacliff and West Beach as well as a number of locations along the hike
The Adelaide100® is an incredible initiative supported by Walking SA, Wellbeing SA and the Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing. Its aim is to encourage more people to embrace walking as part of their routine - a cause we wholeheartedly support!
