This tour by it's very nature is not designed for the 5 Star Traveller. It is for the girl who has an 'adventurous spirit' and is looking for a unique and rewarding 'experience'! You should be able to adopt a "Go With The Flow" attitude as we will be roughing it at times, be prepared to help out around camp ie: dishes, peeling spuds, collecting water/firewood, setting up tents, rolling swags etc - team work and many hands make light work - all part of the camping experience!
You need to be stable on your feet and comfortable hiking between 2 - 4 hours on rocky surfaces, as we are walking through gorges.
