We love getting up to a bit of monkey business at Adventurous Women, so come join in the fun and hang with us!!
Today's adventure is all about conquering fears, gaining confidence, challenging yourself, trying something knew and doing it TOGETHER in the company of like-minded supportive women.
You'll be under the guidance of fully qualified Abseiling and High Ropes Instructors, along with our AWesome AW Host who has experience in both these activities and is such a great support.
HOW YOUR DAY WILL WORK:
Arrival: Our AW Host will conduct intro's at the front office where you need to check in for Covid compliance. If you are running late please text your AW Host so she can let the staff know. Then you'll all meet the instructors and they'll do a briefing before kitting you up.
The abseiling component: Achieving Great Heights - You'll learn roping skills and how to safely use the equipment required to abseil, before climbing a 15m tower, walking backwards over the edge and rappelling down the other side.
The high ropes component: Developing Trust & Confidence - The high ropes has several elements that start at 3.5m high and progressively get more difficult and higher around the course.
Gourmet Picnic Lunch, Sweet Treat & Cuppa: Been told by a few cheeky monkeys that this is what they join our activities for!
Swimming Pool: After the activities, we swing by the swimming pool where we'll serve lunch and you can stay, swim and play as long as you like. Socialise, cool down, relax!!

14 days and Under - No Refund unless we can find a replacement for you
No refund is available after departure of a tour has commenced.
