Terms & Conditions

In the event that Adventurous Women cancels a tour or is unable to guarantee the departure of the tour due to not meeting minimum required numbers, we will provide a full refund. 

Final payment is due 45 days prior to the tour start date.

Notice of cancellation must be in writing, with an email being an acceptable form of communication, directly to Adventurous Women.
The cancellation terms are:

  • 46 days or more prior to departure - Loss of deposit
  • 45 days or less - No Refund, and no refund is available after the tour has commenced.
