Terms & Conditions

In the event that Adventurous Women cancels a tour or is unable to guarantee the departure of the tour due to not meeting minimum required numbers, we will provide a full refund.  

Any cancellation of travel should be in writing to Adventurous Women. The cancellation charges applicable to this tour are: 

  • Cancellation more than 75 days prior to departure - Loss of Deposit
  • Between 74 and 31 days - Loss of 70% Of The Tour Cost
  • 30 days or less - Loss of 100% Of The Tour Cost
  • No refund is available after departure of a tour has commenced.
