Cancellation more than 75 days prior to departure - Loss of Deposit

Between 74 and 61 days - Loss of 75% of tour cost

60 days or less - Loss of 100% of the tour cost

No refund is available after departure of a tour has commenced.

Pay your deposit now by credit card and your place on the tour is secured immediately. Alternatively, we will send a tour confirmation email with a payment link to complete the credit card payment. We also accept direct bank transfers and the details of our account will be listed on the confirmation email.

At all times your deposit is non-refundable. You may be able to claim cancellation costs through your insurance policy and we therefore recommend that Travel Insurance is taken out at the time of booking and paying your deposit.  Please refer to the individual cancellation policy of your insurance provider for further details.
